Last July, on the eve of the passage in the State of New York, Dale took to one knee, tears filled his eyes as he expressed his love for Kyle.  As he asked, will you marry me Dale pulled out the ring that would symbolize their committment, the same one his grandfather wore for 52 years.  Kyle said, "Oh My Goodness, Yes, Yes - A Thousand Times, Yes!"
